Iron Fist Season 3 Happen Or Not?

Roughly two years ago, on March 31, 2016, Netflix decided to pull the plug on the Marvel series Iron Fist, which starred Finn Jones and Jessica Henwick. The cancellation of Iron Fist was the first of many for the Marvel Netflix roster. Iron Fist had a big fan base despite earning mixed reviews throughout its two seasons on air, so its termination was a letdown.

Raven [Metzner], the showrunner for the second season, and I had already begun making preparations for Iron Fist Season 3 before we even knew for sure that it would be renewed. Getting started on it was something I was eager to do. A major plot point involved Danny fully embodying the Iron Fist persona, including the requisite abilities, stamina, and composure.

If a third season is made, it would premiere in 2023 or 2024. Reportedly, Disney+ is considering renewing Iron Fist for a third season in addition to the other cancelled shows that will be available on Netflix. According to Variety’s report, the terms of the contract prohibit the use of the Iron Fist cast in any television shows that air on networks other than Netflix for a minimum of two years.

There have been no reports or formal statements concerning Iron Fist’s third season. The creators can do whatever they want with the work. It’s obvious that the third Iron Fist season won’t be available on Netflix, although it could show up there if the creators so want. It’s also worth noting that Hulu, a streaming provider, said in 2019 that it was ready to bring back Marvel’s cancelled shows.

That’s what most of the site’s reviewers seem to think, though. Action sequences and overall tempo are vastly enhanced in Iron Fist’s second season. Iron Fist Season 2 Recap

Like the other Marvel programmes, Marvel’s Iron Fist combines action, martial arts, and superhero drama. The plot revolves around a young man named Danny Rand, who moved back to New York City to take over the family business. He disappeared for 15 years, and then he came back. Danny Meachum intended to reclaim the family business from Harold Meachum and Ward Meachum, two of Harold’s sons.

As the danger grows, Danny must decide between protecting his family company and doing his job as the Iron Fist. To fill the void left by Matt Murdock’s absence in the wake of The Defenders events, Danny took matters into his own hands until the safety of his loved ones and his own identity were threatened by an unexpected foe.

There will be a buddy plot between Danny and Ward if there is an Iron Fist season 3. Colleen and Danny’s love story, or just their story as a couple, is also on display. There will be various plots and twists in the third season’s plotline because, well, why not? Season 3 will not be a repeat of seasons one and two since we have already seen too many storylines.

Conclusion

I really like how all of the Marvel X Netflix shows are tied to one another. Especially impressive was the last battle between Blair and Bakuto right around the time when Blair and Chuck decided to have their tense wedding in the season finale of Gossip Girl. Although I enjoy Finn Jones as Danny Rand/Iron Fist, Tom Pelphrey’s portrayal of Ward Meachum has me more invested in the show.

He’s very skilled at playing the part of a cold businessman, a depressed son, and his dominating father. True, he has a striking resemblance to Keanu Reeves. Unfortunately, due to Netflix’s decision to discontinue all Marvel Original Series, I can only watch Season 2. But Season 3 Is Still To Come!
