Access to the anime has been approved for regions outside of Asia by streaming service Crunchyroll, and the premiere of the English dub is set for November 2020. In April of 2021, the original anime soundtrack was released for purchase.
The premiere date for the second season of the highly acclaimed anime Jujutsu Kaisen was announced at the recent Jump Festa ’23 event. The exact date when Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen will be available to stream will be revealed in the following paragraph.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Cast And Main Lead
An all-new video from the convention introduces the cast and reveals that the second season will premiere in Japan in July of 2023. Details like the total number of episodes have not been made public as of this writing. A closer look at the trailer reveals that not only MBS and TBS but also another twenty-eight channels will be airing the anime.
During Season 2, Jujutsu Kaisen will adapt the manga’s “Kaigyoku/Gyokusetsu” and “Shibuya Incident” storylines. A timeframe of six months is estimated for this.
The prequel film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 premiered in Japanese theatres in December, after the first season of the anime series Jujutsu Kaisen concluded in March.
The second season of “Jujutsu Kaisen” will most likely feature the same main cast as the first. Among them is Junichi Suwabe, whose voice serves as Sukuna, played by Junya Enoki, and whose character, Yuji, accepts a mission to track down every component of Sukuna with the understanding that he must sacrifice himself to win.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Storyline
Yuma Uchida, played by Megumi, is a stoic magician who should team up with Yuji, and Asami Seto, played by Nobara, is a powerful young girl who is a fighter’s might. Satoru portrays Yuichi Nakamura, the school’s most experienced alchemist and one of the three friends’ instructors at Jujutsu High.
All things considered, new characters will be introduced to the “Jujutsu Kaisen” universe in the new film and subsequent episodes, whether they be new Curses, new magicians, or simply regular people Yuji runs into. This paves the way for a slew of phenomenal voice actors to join the show going forward.
The second season of Jujutsu Kaisen will continue the story begun in the manga’s chapters 55-64 with the conclusion of the Death Painting Arc. Gojo’s Past Arc, which spans chapters 65-79 in the manga, is up next, assuming the anime continues to adapt the manga in order of publication.
That centres on a mission in which Gojo and Geto accompanied a Star Plasma Vessel to Tengen, which took place in Gojo’s past. Let’s hope you’re able to find out when Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 will be available.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 Recap
Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki, our protagonists, were tasked at the end of the first season with looking into a series of unexplained deaths that had occurred at Megumi’s previous school. Megumi went on the mission without Yuji or Nobara because he thought it would be best for him to go it alone. Yuji and Nobara were being dragged out of the domain by another enemy while they were discovering the cursed domain that was causing the strange happenings.
Megumi was abandoned in the domain, where he fought and ultimately exorcised a cursed spirit of special severity. One of Sukuna’s fingers was the unfortunate result. While this was going on, Nobara and Yuji ran into the cursed womb brother duo of Eso and Kechizu. Nobara and Yuji prevailed after a fierce battle against the cursed womb brothers.
But Choso, the eldest sibling, was infuriated by the news of his younger siblings’ deaths (brief screen time in JJK Season 1). In Jujutsu Kaisen season 2, he will have a major role.
Megumi had captured the finger of the cursed spirit she had vanquished, and we saw Sukuna stealthily eat it. Soon after these occurrences, the first season concludes with Mei Mei and Aoi Todo, two first-year sorcerers, paying a visit to Principal Gakuganji to advocate for the advancement of our three main characters, Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara, as well as Maki and Panda.

Frequently Asked Questions
In what way does Gojo’s covering his eyes serve him?
Gojo can’t afford to use his eyes for very long, so he has to cover them. He inherited the ability to see with “Six Eyes” from his ancestors. This style of visual jujitsu is fascinating.
Is Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen over?
Studio MAPPA has officially announced that the second season of the beloved anime Jujutsu Kaisen will premiere in 2023. If Jujutsu Kaisen premiered in March of 2020, Crunchyroll would have named it Anime of the Year.
Can you compare Yuta’s strength to Gojo’s?
His talent is on par with that of the unbelievable Satoru Gojo. It’s possible that Yuta has more hateful energy than Gojo does at the moment, but that doesn’t make the young magician the most rooted option.
Conclusion
Omg Finally got around to watching this anime that has been on my radar for ages; wow, what a masterpiece. I have seen over 50 animes, including akame ga kill, demon slayer, attack on titans, mha, hxh, etc., but this one is the best by far. The characters are so real, and the animation is superb. both the sub and dub casts are spot-on for their respective roles. I enjoy how each episode includes some humorous element, whether it be the audience laughing at or with the characters. This isn’t like “Demon Slayer,” where the main and supporting characters fight and you know who will live and who will die.
Nonetheless, there is something missing from the plot. 4.9/5 Characters like Gojo, Inumaki’s cursed words, Kugasaki’s straw doll technique, and Megumi’s Divine Dogs are fantastic. Varying from icy to warm, it has a wide range of temperaments. Never before have I seen such a diverse cast of characters in an anime; if you enjoy comedic action and the occasional gory scene, you should watch this. The creativeness of the theme songs is another thing that I enjoy.
